Dr. Brooks graduated from the National College of Health Sciences in 1975. He has owned and operated multiple successful clinics all over Southeast Wisconsin. Today he practices solely at his Port Washington clinic. In 2008, Dr. Brooks joined the Foundation for Wellness Professionals because of his deep belief in affordable healthcare without drugs or surgery. Dr. Brooks, understanding how important good nutrition is to good health, became certified in nutritional Counseling from the State of Wisconsin in 2008. He has a passion for his patients and strives to help them obtain wellness through chiropractic care, nutrition and exercise. He has been married for over 30 years, has 2 daughters, 2 grandchildren and resides in Grafton. He loves golf, camping with the family and traveling.

 

 

Dr. Chapman graduated from Northwestern Health Science University in 2009. After completing an internship here at the Brooks Chiropractic & Wellness Clinic, an position was offered to him. Dr. Chapman and his wife reside in Port Washington and are expecting their first baby in October 2011. Dr. Chapman enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two dogs.  He is dedicated to his patients and the quest to better their health through natural health care and feels that all patients deserve to be cared for as individuals, including children. Dr. Chapman is a member of the Holistic Pediatric Association as well as the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.

 

 

 

 

 

Ashley joined the company in July of 2008 after nearly 10 years in the Real Estate industry. She is Dr. Brooks' oldest daughter and is very much enjoying not only the challenge of working in the healthcare industry, but having the opportunity to work so closely with her family. Ashley is married, resides in Saukville and gave birth to a beautiful baby girl in February 2010. Ashley works as an independent contractor for the clinic and is responsible for Public Relations, Outside Events, Advertising and Marketing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Brandyn is Dr. Brooks' youngest daughter and has worked at the Clinic off and on for over 10+years helping at the front desk on an as needed basis. In August of 2008 she accepted a full-time position overseeing the entire front desk. In July of 2009 she gave birth to her first child, a bouncing baby boy named Phallyn. In 2010, Brandyn completed her coursework in Chiropractic Technician and Radiological Tecnician. She is responsible for all patient insurance verifications, patient histories and x-ray administration. Brandyn also spends a lot of time managing the front desk.

 

Kim joined our clinic in May of 2011. She resides in Grafton with her husband where they have raised three kids.  After several years in the retail management field, along with managing a fitness and wellness center, she decided to follow her passion of helping others in the field of health and wellness.  Kim is a solid believer in chiropractic care and in the well-being of individuals and their health.

 

 

Amber has been working at the Clinic since 2006 while putting herself through college. She recently graduated and is looking forward to an exciting future in the world of teaching. Amber continues to work at the Clinic on a part-time basis in the afternoons when she is not teaching and on Saturdays.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Holly joined the clinic in August of 2009 to head up the massage therapy aspect of our Wellness Clinic. She is a state licensed, nationally certified  graduate of Blue Sky Massage School and has been working in the massage field since 2009. Holly is qualified to perform a wide variety of massages. Holly resides in Port Washington with her husband and 4 wonderful children.

 

 

 

 

Heather joined our massage clinic in November 2011.  Heather graduated from Blue Sky School of Massage Therapy and Body Work in March 2009.  She studied a wide variety of massage modalities including cranial sacral massage, lymphatic massage and prenatal massage with her primary focus in precision neuromuscular therapy.  Heather believes "for every ache and pain there is a natural solution and my goal with all of my clents is to find the primary problem muscles, work them specifically to release the tension that is causing their pain."
