MyoVision is a sEMG – Surface Electromyography
This device measures the amount of electrical activity your muscles release when they are contracting, more commonly known as muscle tension. It is similar to an EKG which measures heart muscle activity. The person receiving the scan fills out a short "Stress Survey". The MyoVision Exam only takes about one minute to perform.
The findings are then discussed in relation to any health issues or symptoms the patient has been experiencing. Often times, people are amazed that such a simple exam can visualize their symptoms so accurately. The MyoVision Exam lets patients see where their pain is, confirming what they may be feeling or showing the real cause of health issues.
